Our Mission

DPAC’s mission is to improve the readiness, well-being, and security of the Total Force by conducting evidence-based research, personnel analytics, and market communications efforts.

DPAC comprises a headquarters and two directorates, the Office of the Actuary and Office of People Analytics (OPA). Each directorate is further divided into divisions that encompass specialized functions in the areas of research, analysis, and support for Total Force, families, and veterans.
